Alexis handles all scheduling for Woof-It! Please email her at alexis@woofitpetcare.com to add or cancel visits or you can request or cancel visits online via PetPocketbook.
 

Payment
 

Woof-It! accepts payment by check or credit card.
Weekly dog walking is billed monthly and payment is due upon receipt. More detailed information can be found on the payments page.
 

Petsitting service is billed in advance and payment is required before service begins.
 

Cancelation and Same Day Request Policies
 

Please give as much notice as you can with regard to cancelations. A $13 cancelation fee is applied for same day cancelations (later than 6pm the day before). A $3 fee is applied to same day requests (later than 10pm the day before).

We are closed on the following holidays:

New Year’s Day
 

Weather
 

Woof-It! will use discretion in inclement weather and might cut visits short in the case of extreme heat (90+), extreme cold (20 and below), thunderstorms, or heavy snow. Schedule changes due to the weather will be communicated via PetPocketbook message/email.

Keys

Clients are expected to provide us with two sets of keys (one to be kept locked up as a back up). There will be a $5 fee for key duplication.
 

Dogs
 

We require that all dogs:
Be registered with their city of residence
Be up to date on rabies vaccine
Have a safe, strong leash
Have a collar with ID tags (name, contact number) and rabies tag
