It was inevitable that Gregory Adams would go to the dogs. A member of 4-H and Future Farmers of America as a boy, Gregory has at various times owned or cared for cows, pigs, ducks, chickens, pheasants, rabbits, chinchillas, pigeons, tropical fish and of course many, many dogs and cats. Gregory attended Norfolk County Agricultural High School where he majored in Small Animal Science, and worked his way through college at the New England Wildlife Center and the Hingham Animal Clinic.
Gregory graduated from Massachusetts college of Art in 1995 with a degree in Media & Performing Arts, and went on to serve as General Manager of the Jorge Hernandez Cultural Center in Boston’s Villa Victoria neighborhood in the South End, where he learned the management practices and attention to client’s needs that serve him as a small business owner today.
Also a published author of short fiction, Gregory began working as a dog walker for Woof-It! founder Jill Seaman in 2005, and has made an estimated 6000 (and counting) pet care visits!
In 2008, he and his wife Cheryl purchased Woof-It! and also celebrated the birth of their first child, Zari Marie Adams. In his seven years of ownership, Gregory has grown the business while continuing to provide the high level of service clients have come to expect from Woof-It!. He has gathered a dedicated and trustworthy pack of walkers and sitters who are happy to share their time with so many different pets! We look forward to helping you care for your pets!
